Jeremiah 46:10-12

¹⁰ For ^(A)that day belongs to the Lord ^[a]God of hosts,
A day of ^(B)vengeance, so as to avenge Himself on His foes;
And the ^(C)sword will devour and be satiated
And ^[b]drink its fill of their blood;
For there will be a ^(D)slaughter for the Lord ^[c]God of hosts,
In the land of the north by the river Euphrates.
¹¹ Go ^(E)up to Gilead and obtain balm,
^(F)O virgin daughter of Egypt!
In vain have you multiplied ^[d]remedies;
There is ^(G)no healing for you.
¹² The nations have heard of your ^(H)shame,
And the earth is full of your ^(I)cry of distress;
For one ^(J)warrior has stumbled over ^[e]another,
And both of them have fallen down together.
